Winner of Round 3 on Saturday, Simo Puhakka (Tony Kart/Vortex) kept his momentum going on Sunday, taking victories in both the Prefinal B and Final of the KZ2 category. The Finn dominated the last race of the week on the Adria Karting Raceway, collecting enough points to seal the 2020 title instead of Giuseppe Palomba (Birel ART/TM).

The Italian, who had led the standings until the closing round, only managed a fourth-place finish in today’s Final. The podiums was completed by the Italians Fabian Federer (Maranello/TM Racing) and Riccardo Longhi (Birel ART/TM), victorious in the Prefinal A, while Alex Irlando (Birel ART/TM) completed Birel ART’s team performance in fifth position.

Next event in the international karting calendar: the opening round of the WSK Euro Series, from July 8th to 12th, on the Circuito Internazionale Napoli in Sarno.
