FIA Karting European Championship-OK/Junior opener at Sarno postponed

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic currently spreading throughout much of the world and the extended period of quarantine in Italy, the CIK-FIA has postponed the date of the opening round of the FIA Karting European Championship – OK/Junior, originally scheduled on May 14-17 at Sarno.

The competition of Sarno, re-scheduled earlier as the opening round of the 2020 FIA Karting European Championship – OK/Junior, has been postponed until August 20th to 23rd, 2020.

This change is subject to FIA approval.

The closing date for entries has been adjusted accordingly.

This latest change means that the start of the 2020 FIA Karting European Championship for direct-drive classes is from now on scheduled from May 28th to 31st on the Pro Kart Raceland of Wackersdorf, in Germany.
