CRG statement:

“Following the Coronavirus emergency, after reducing the number of employees in the offices and in the racing team, with the activation of smart working solutions, CRG SpA also decided to suspend the production for a week, closing the factory from Monday 16th to Friday 20th of March.”

“It is a courageous decision taken by the Tinini family in order to protect its employees, suppliers, and customers, considering the gravity of the situation in Northern Italy’s productive area. Communication with customers will continue through e-mails. The direction’s, marketing’s and customer service’s mobile numbers will be active as well.”

Birel ART statement:

“Our sense of civility and of responsibility towards all our employees and their familiars leads us to take important measures. We stop temporarily from 16th till 20th march 2020. We close to re-start much stronger with the common goal to win the most important victory: overcome this historic moment.”

LeCont Tyres statement:

“Dear customer, we want to inform you that, in order to prevent any risk of contamination of our workers by the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and according to the suggestion of the Italian government, LeCont decided to shut down the work in its production factory of Rovereto (Italy). This from Monday 16th until March 27th (at least).”

TM Racing, one of the main engine providers in international karting, will also put its factory activities on hold from March 16th but hasn’t specified yet the shutdown’s duration.

TM Racing statement:

“In order to contribute to the collective effort to counter the Covid-19 emergency, TM Racing, KART Division, decided to stop its business from next Monday 16.03.2020 until a date to be set. We know how difficult it is to give up our habits but what we need now is the commitment of each of us to overcome this difficult moment and finally be able to return to normal.”
