Second-fastest in Friday’s Qualifying, the British driver Mark Kimber (Strawberry Racing) put up a strong string of qualifying races in France, topping the provisional classification with two wins and a second place. His countryman Lewis Gilbert (Persistence) had a similar fruitful day at the office and will start Sunday’s Prefinal from the second position on the grid alongside Kimber.

Classified in third, Friday’s polesitter Sean Butcher (KR Sport) claimed a win with two second positions as did his countryman Callum Bradshaw (Fusion Motorsport) following in fourth place.

Mathilda Olsson (Strawberry Racing) finished three times in fourth position and reached the overall Top Five ahead of the Belgian Elie Goldstein (VDK Racing), who made up for his 12th-best lap time in Qualifying with one third-place under his name, and Morgan Porter (Msport), twice in third place at the flag.

Following an uneasy start in Qualifying (14th), Joey Van Splunteren (Team Evolution) climbed up the field in each of his heats with a third-place as best personal performance. Sam Balota (Eurokarting) and Mari Boya (Monlau Competicion) closed up the Top Ten.

The Prefinal of the Senior class will start this Sunday at 12:30. A race that you will be able to follow on The RaceBox.
