Thomas had difficult qualifying and heats, but the speed and consistency were always there, so he managed to bring his junior max FormulaK to the podium.
Formula K press release was: Protrain Racing’s Thomas Preining ran a fantastic weekend: despite a problem in the third heat (he scored best race lap, but closed 30th due to contact), he was sitting 13th overall after the heats’ penalties count and from here he charged his way up in the pre-final (7th) and even more in the final, where he closed 3rd and collected an exciting and hard-earned podium. He is definitely a title contender.
